Requirements
~1 min read- Min. 6 years experience in structural steel painting works, with at least 2 years in a foreman role
- Experience on IWPP, power plant, or heavy industrial structural steel projects preferred
- Proficient in spray painting and brush/roller application methods on structural steel surfaces
- Experienced in paint repair and touch-up works — identifying coating defects, spot blasting, and patch application
- Familiar with surface preparation standards, DFT checks, and coating system requirements
- Ability to supervise painting crews and ensure work quality as per project specifications
- Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
