In addition, they will design and develop guidelines, behavioral objectives, instructional methods, course materials, and training aids.

Analyzes and prioritizes training needs

Develops course outline and objectives

Designs and develops course content

Designs and develops storyboards and interaction models for simulations

Writes scripts for audio and video presentations

Designs and develops script scenarios for soft skills and other training

Designs and develops training content in an eLearning platform

Creates 508 accessible training with high usability in eLearning platforms

Creates branching models for multiple outcome training modules

Interacts with SMEs to create training modules and submit finished projects for review

Collaborates with client staff on Instructional Design issues and methodology

Proficient with Articulate Storyline

Experience in developing course outlines and objectives

Experience in writing course content for audio and video presentations

Experience in developing script scenarios for soft skills and other training scenarios

Have 8 years' experience in eLearning Instructional Design or related field

Have a Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field
