Our client is  looking for an experienced IT Staffing Specialist to manage contract and Time & Material (T&M) staffing requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified IT professionals and supporting clients with flexible workforce solutions.

• → Source and recruit IT professionals for contract positions.
• → Understand client requirements and prepare candidate profiles.
• → Screen candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
• → Coordinate interviews and candidate submissions.
• → Maintain candidate and client databases.
• → Manage onboarding and documentation processes.
• → Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.
• Experience with contract/T&M hiring.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and job functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
