Primary focus on full cycle critical staffing with accountability for hiring outcomes as well as turn over.
This position is based in FL.

- Experience in managing high priority volume openings while triaging urgent requests
- A training mindset for our hiring managers by providing market insights, calibrating expectations and influencing hiring decisions
- Experience maintaining strong operational rigor within the ATS, job boards and recruiting workflows
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to see and work toward the bigger picture while driving daily impact
- An excitement around campus partnerships, campus recruiting and market events as needed
- The ability to identify areas of process improvement to increase efficiency, consistency and candidate experience
- A desire to continue to improve process, hiring outcomes, and develop self

- Manage job openings within a designated region and function with urgency and focus
- Drive requisitions forward without losing momentum or quality
- Proactively remove roadblocks and keep processes moving
