Our ideal candidate leads with heart and purpose, owning the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing and building meaningful candidate pipelines, partnering with schools on hiring best practices, sharing relevant market intelligence, and delivering an exceptional, human-centered experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.
Primary focus on full cycle critical staffing with accountability for hiring outcomes as well as turn over.
This is a remote position. The individual in this role must reside in one of the following states: IL, CA, WI, MN, OR or WA.
- Ambassadorship with a heartfelt need to work in a mission focused organization where they are a Brand Ambassador
- An innate capability of building great relationships with candidates, teams, colleagues and with leadership
- Experience in managing high priority volume openings while triaging urgent requests
- A training mindset for our hiring managers by providing market insights, calibrating expectations and influencing hiring decisions
- Experience maintaining strong operational rigor within the ATS, job boards and recruiting workflows
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to see and work toward the bigger picture while driving daily impact
- An excitement around campus partnerships, campus recruiting and market events as needed
- The ability to identify areas of process improvement to increase efficiency, consistency and candidate experience
- A desire to continue to improve process, hiring outcomes, and develop self

- Manage job openings within a designated region and function with urgency and focus
- Drive requisitions forward without losing momentum or quality
- Proactively remove roadblocks and keep processes moving
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to support hiring outcomes

- Deliver a smooth, positive experience for every candidate
- Anticipate needs and offer solutions before issues arise

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role required
