Host, Saint Bibiana

Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a passionate and attentive host/hostess for our Coastal Italian restaurant, Saint Bibiana. Our host/hostess is the first impression of our restaurant and sets the tone for the dining experience. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each of our guests feels their presence is expected and welcome and that we are excited about their dining experience.

• →Extend guests a warm and gracious welcome and escort them to their table
• →Be attentive to guest’s needs and assist in providing an exceptional and memorable dining experience
• →Maintain a clean and well-organized front of the house environment
• →Perform opening and closing duties
• →Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials
• →Manage guest reservation system

• Previous experience in a guest / customer facing role in an upscale environment
• Previous host and reservation management experience preferred
• Hard-working team player with a positive attitude
• Passionate about hospitality, dependable and detail-oriented
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization and communications skills
• Proficient with computer applications
• Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas
