Manufacturing Manager

• →Manage manufacturing operations across CNC machining, welding, and cleanroom production
• →Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team of supervisors, machinists, welders, and technicians
• →Manage operational budgets, capital equipment, and resource planning
• →Drive production output, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• →Own safety, quality, and compliance across all manufacturing areas
• →Identify and resolve production issues using data-driven problem solving
• →Champion Lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• →Partner with engineering and supply chain to meet business goals

Qualifications:

• →10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (manager, plant manager, or similar)
• →Experience in Lean manufacturing, 6S, CAPA, and process improvement
• →Strong track record of improving productivity, quality, and cost performance
• →Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and develop talent
• →Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• →Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• →Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred:

• →Strong background in CNC machining and/or welding/fabrication environments
• →Job shop or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing
• →Cleanroom manufacturing or precision components
• →Manufacturing finance or cost control
• →Experience working in a global or multi-site environment
