  • Experience recruiting different levels of talent. 
  • Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, e-recruiting and traditional methods 
  • An ability to maintain composure in demanding situations 
  • ​Assisting the Hiring Manager or Executive Recruiter with recruitment duties. 
  • Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements. 
  • Communicating with the HR team. 
  • Posting job applications on social media and job sites. 
  • Tracking open positions using recruiting software. 
  • Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate résumés. 
  • Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements. 
  • Conducting initial phone screenings. 
  • Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews. 
  • Managing the résumé database 
  • Experience with both 3rd party (agency) and internal recruiting at the corporate level 
  • Experience recruiting in the Construction industry 
  • Being active in your community 
  • ​Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, e-recruiting and traditional methods 
  • Experience with Applicant Tracing Systems 
  • ​Negotiation and influencing skills 
  • A highly ethical demeanour and an ability to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretion
