About the Role

As a Conversion & Retention Agent, you will play a pivotal role in transforming potential leads into loyal clients, as well as nurturing existing relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will make a real impact in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and chat to develop relationships.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain precise records of interactions and conversions.
  • Reach out to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Proactively foster ongoing relationships to encourage continued business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Gather and document client feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent Dutch for Conversion Agents; native or fluent English for Retention Agents; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems and sales tools.
