→Overseeing and optimizing all aspects of store operations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance
→Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
→Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
→Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners at corporate and in the field
