- Manage all aspects of Direct Shipment operations, including securing direct orders through the Reverse PO process, executing container diversions, issuing return authorizations, and responding to inbound inquiries
- Conduct Reverse PO simulations to develop containerized orders aligned with customer forecasts and business requirements
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm and secure orders based on Reverse PO simulation results
- Monitor and track orders throughout the end-to-end process to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
- Enhance order visibility and operational performance by preparing and sharing reports on direct shipment rates and on-time delivery metrics
- Execute container diversions and manage return authorizations to support timely delivery and cost optimization
- Drive continuous improvement by partnering cross-functionally to identify and implement process and system enhancements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field

3+ years relevant experience

Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
