At Life Without Barriers, we recognise the challenges refugees and asylum seekers face in rebuilding their lives in Australia.
Through our National Immigration Support Service (NISS), we provide compassionate, culturally safe, and trauma-informed support to asylum seekers and refugees living in the Australian community. We walk alongside individuals and families on their journey, helping them navigate what can be complex and challenging systems and empowering them to reach their goals, one step at a time.
About the Role

~1 min read- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with full registration
- Clinical or forensic psychology experience, with a strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks.
- Experience with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) and Diverse Backgrounds
- Skilled in collaborative work with multidisciplinary and external support agencies.
- Experienced in delivering flexible, client-focused interventions, including outreach and e-health.
- Ability to implement client and family-centred approaches, with cultural sensitivity towards diverse communities.
- Current driver’s licence
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and WA Working with Children Check
