Requirements
Bilingual Communications Writing & Execution
- →Write, adapt, translate, and copyedit newsletters, email campaigns, SMS messaging, website copy, promotional messaging, and related communication materials in Spanish.
- →Develop both original Spanish-first messaging and culturally adapted communications based on broader North America campaigns.
- →Execute communication plans developed in partnership with the Senior Manager, Marketing, North America.
- →Support messaging development for product launches, promotions, incentives, events, and corporate initiatives.
- →Occasionally support press release drafting and related corporate communications.
- →Ensure messaging remains clear, engaging, compliant, culturally relevant, and aligned with the LifeWave brand voice across channels.
Campaign Coordination & Workflow Management
- →Track communication deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and campaign timelines within Smartsheet to support efficient project execution.
- →Coordinate closely with the Email Manager to ensure accurate implementation and deployment of email and SMS campaigns.
- →Proofread final communications and review layouts prior to approval and distribution.
- →Help maintain organized workflows and communication processes across multiple simultaneous projects.
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
- →Collaborate closely with the North America Communications Specialist responsible for English-language communications to maintain alignment across North America messaging.
- →Partner with the Mexico Sales and Marketing teams to support market-specific communication needs and strengthen cross-department collaboration.
- →Gather field insights and audience feedback to help improve communication effectiveness and market relevance.
- →Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to occasionally support Spanish-language social media communications and messaging alignment.
- →Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, Events, Sales, and Communications team members to support cohesive campaign execution.
Brand Voice & Messaging Alignment
- →Help maintain consistency in messaging, terminology, tone, and communication quality across North America channels.
- →Apply strong editorial judgment and cultural awareness to create communications centered around the Brand Partner experience.
- →Contribute messaging ideas and strategic recommendations that enhance audience engagement and communication effectiveness.
- →Help ensure messaging remains aligned across English and Spanish communications while appropriately adapting for cultural nuance and audience expectations.
Creative Collaboration
- →Develop detailed creative briefs and collaborate closely with the Creative team to ensure visual assets align with campaign messaging, audience needs, and brand standards.
- →Partner with Creative team members throughout campaign development to support cohesive storytelling and effective communication execution across channels.
- →Review creative assets and provide messaging feedback to ensure alignment between written and visual communications.
- →Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to support Spanish-language social content and ensure messaging consistency across communications channels.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
- 3–6+ years of experience in communications, marketing, copywriting, content development, translation/localization, or related roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills in Spanish
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English required.
- Strong understanding of Latin Spanish language nuances and cultural communication preferences preferred.
- Experience writing for Spanish-speaking audiences in the US and Mexico preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand voice, audience engagement, and communication best practices.
- Experience writing for email marketing, SMS campaigns, websites, and promotional communications.
- Experience with AP Style preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and communication workflows preferred.
- Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools preferred.
- Understanding of wireframing, branding principles, email best practices, and SMS best practices preferred.
- Experience in direct sales, network marketing, wellness, lifestyle, or entrepreneurial-focused industries strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail across multiple projects.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
LifeWave will operate as an in-office organization, and all employees are required to work onsite in alignment with corporate policy. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work at a computer workstation and be mobile within the office. Occasional movement of up to 25 pounds may be required.
