  • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting or HR, with strong exposure to full lifecycle recruiting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to assess talent and make sound hiring recommendations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse)
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle recruiting, from requisition intake through offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, building strong talent pipelines
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
  • Effectively “sell” the role and LINK’s value proposition to prospective candidates
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience
  • Drive candidate progress through the pipeline to meet hiring timelines and goals
  • Facilitate the offer process, including drafting offers and supporting closing conversations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
  • Full time, 40 hours per week
  • Some travel required to attend relevant events and conferences and participate in LINK team events
