Are you an expert at keeping lots of moving parts running smoothly and love supporting Architects in project delivery? If so, and you want to work for a firm that is taking concrete action toward equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace, we are looking for you – a Project Coordinator who will work with project teams to support the administrative aspects of Education projects throughout California.

Studies have shown that underrepresented individuals like women; LGBTQIA+; and BIPOC, among others, are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every single one of the qualifications in a job description or posting. Because we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization, we understand the best candidate may come from a non-traditional background to our field of work. We strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every one of the qualifications described above. Diversity makes us better.
As Project Coordinator you will...
- Act as a liaison to manage work priorities, prepare addenda, respond to RFIs and submittals, and facilitate communication between architects, designers, and contractors to address project-related inquiries.
- Handle complete project administration, including data entry, project closeouts, maintenance of closeout records, and managing email communications across various project-related software platforms.
- Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and organizing lunches for studio events; coordinate maintenance, repairs, supplies, mail, and file management, along with other assigned duties as needed.
- Execute administrative tasks, such as learning and adhering to studio and office procedures, understanding equipment and software standards, and assisting corporate staff with additional duties.
- Prepare and edit well-formatted documents, ensuring adherence to administrative guidelines.

- Monitor, coordinate, and ensure compliance with Division of State Architect (DSA) requirements and deadlines.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating project procedures for the studio.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
