~1 min readAs an Advanced Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering a first-class service to children and young people in Gloucestershire. Our client adopts a systematic social work practise, taking a relational approach to working with families.
- →Managing a small, protected case hold up to 8 children and young people.
- →Ability to deal with complex cases and supervise the development of Trainee and Newly Qualified Social Workers.
- →Promoting quality control and improvement activities within the team.
- Demonstrate experience within safeguarding and assessment at a Senior Social worker level.
- Qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England (SWE).
- Valid driving license.
- Up to date knowledge of legislative framework and evidence-based best practice initiatives.
- Practise Educator Qualification (or working towards).
