Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care

Liquid Personnel is looking to recruit a fully qualified Occupational Therapist to join its client's Adult Social Care team in Wolverhampton.

• →Carry out holistic assessments to identify needs and promote independence.
• →Prescribe and recommend appropriate equipment and major adaptations to support safe living.
• →Collaborate with housing teams and other professionals to facilitate Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs).
• →Provide expert advice on environmental modifications and assistive technology.
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports.
• →Conduct risk assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
• →Support service users in achieving rehabilitation goals and improving quality of life.
• →Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• HCPC registered
• Experience in aids and adaptations
• Proven ability to plan and prescribe major adaptations
• Familiarity with housing teams and DFGs
• Strong assessment and report-writing skills
