Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support a busy Adults Services team in Enfield for its client. This role will involve a varied caseload with a strong focus on waiting list management and OT assessments.

Responsibilities
~1 min readThe postholder will support the team in delivering key Occupational Therapy functions, including contributing to a waiting list improvement project and completing P&A (Provision and Assessment) OT assessments.
You will be working to ensure service users receive timely, strengths-based assessments and appropriate interventions to support independence and wellbeing.
- →Undertake OT assessments across Adults Services
- →Support and contribute to the waiting list reduction project
- →Complete P&A (Provision & Assessment) OT assessments
- →Deliver strengths-based, person-centred interventions
- →Manage a varied community caseload
- →Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- →Support safe discharge and independence outcomes
- →Ensure accurate and timely case recording
Requirements

- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in Adult Social Care / Community OT
- Confident managing assessment-led caseloads
- Experience in backlog / waiting list work desirable
- Strong communication and prioritisation skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
