Liquid Personnel is looking for experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech and Language Therapists (SaLTs) to support our education clients on a flexible, day-rate basis.

• →Deliver specialist assessments within school settings.
• →Produce clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations.
• →Provide practical strategies to support pupils' participation and learning.
• →Upskill school staff through training, coaching and classroom-based advice.
• →Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, parents and other professionals.
• →Support schools in creating inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• →HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists or Speech and Language Therapists.
• →Experience working with children and young people in education or community settings.
• →Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.
• →Confident delivering training and supporting school staff.
• →Ability to work independently on a consultancy basis.
