We are looking for a highly experienced professional to support a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to promoting independence and wellbeing. This is a leadership position within a forward-thinking service that values creativity, inclusion, and person-centred care.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supervising and mentoring OT staff, including newly qualified and returning practitioners
- →Leading complex assessments and reviews under the Care Act (2014)
- →Supporting See and Solve community staff and ensuring appropriate deployment of OT resources
- →Promoting trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and inclusive practice
- →Facilitating joint assessments with housing teams for home adaptations
- →Contributing to safeguarding reviews, case conferences, and best interest decisions
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 7 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Supervision experience within adult social care
- HCPC registration
- Ability to work in-office at least 2 days/week (ideally 3–4)
- Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills
