Senior Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care

Liquid Personnel is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Adult Social Care team, based in Hull.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional to support a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to promoting independence and wellbeing. This is a leadership position within a forward-thinking service that values creativity, inclusion, and person-centred care.

• →Supervising and mentoring OT staff, including newly qualified and returning practitioners
• →Leading complex assessments and reviews under the Care Act (2014)
• →Supporting See and Solve community staff and ensuring appropriate deployment of OT resources
• →Promoting trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and inclusive practice
• →Facilitating joint assessments with housing teams for home adaptations
• →Contributing to safeguarding reviews, case conferences, and best interest decisions

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Supervision experience within adult social care
• HCPC registration
• Ability to work in-office at least 2 days/week (ideally 3–4)
• Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills
