What We Offer
~1 min read- As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for undertaking Corporate Parent Responsibility, ensuring the robust implementation of care plans that meet the holistic needs of those in your care.
- You will be actively involved in child protection and safeguarding inquiries, conducting thorough assessments, and progressing permanency plans through adoption, special guardianship, or long-term foster care.
- Additionally, this role involves court work, including the preparation of quality statements, and active participation in team meetings and service-related activities to contribute to the overall success of our programs.
Requirements

- Eligible to work in the UK
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
