Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist to join its clients renowned charity in Milton Keynes, dedicated to supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a purpose-built environment, collaborating with a high-performing multidisciplinary team to deliver life-changing rehabilitation and care.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver advanced occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.
- →Lead on clinical decision-making and contribute to the development of personalised rehabilitation plans.
- →Provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists and support staff.
- →Collaborate with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
- →Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
~1 min read- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a recognised qualification.
- Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally in neurorehabilitation or complex care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
