Social Care Worker and Senior Social Care Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Care Worker and Senior Social Care Worker, based in Louth.

• →Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
• →Coordinate and lead shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• →Supervise and support staff members on duty
• →Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• →Report to the Person in Charge and deputise when required

• Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, Teaching, Childcare (with disability modules), or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in residential, respite, or day services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
• CORU registration, or currently in the process of obtaining registration

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
