What We Offer
~1 min read- Provide person‑centred support in daily living, community inclusion, and developing independent living skills.
- Promote dignity, choice, and active participation in line with national guidance.
- Support service users with personal care, communication needs, and emotional wellbeing.
- Participate as a Key Worker and contribute to individual personal plans.
- Build positive, professional relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
- Support safeguarding practices, risk reporting, and ongoing quality improvements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a respectful, team‑focused environment.
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORU‑approved discipline.
- CORU Registration (or evidence of application) — mandatory as per Social Care Workers Registration Board.
- Pathways accepted include:
- Recognised qualification route, or
- Recognition of Prior Learning / Assessment of Professional Competence route.
- Full, clean driving licence with minimum two years’ driving experience.
