- Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product strategies and execution plans.
- Drive platform modularity, scalability, and AI-native workflows to meet enterprise demands.
- Partner with the leadership team to align product direction with company strategy.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and KPIs to C-level executives, board members, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch to adoption.
- Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and review cycles to ensure roadmap adherence.
- Collaborate with engineering and design on execution milestones, delivery schedules, and risk mitigation.
- Continuously evaluate post-launch performance, collect insights, and drive iteration cycles.
- Define and manage product budgets, forecasts, and delivery metrics to ensure ROI.
- Co-own the technical vision with architecture and engineering leadership to ensure scalability, performance, and extensibility.
- Guide the evolution of the platform architecture to support multi-tenant, enterprise-scale deployments.
- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and design patterns to keep the platform at the leading edge of logistics tech.
- Establish and monitor product analytics frameworks to track feature usage, adoption, and optimization opportunities.
- Leverage data insights to inform prioritization and improve user experience.
- Partner closely with UX and design teams to ensure usability and seamless customer experience across all workflows.
- Lead Product Marketing Managers to define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for core modules.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute go-to-market campaigns and product launch plans.
- Define pricing and competitive strategy for target industries and customer segments.
- Partner with sales and marketing on launch readiness, enablement, and feedback loops.
- Act as an external evangelist for Locus’ AI-native TMS—representing the company in conferences, analyst sessions, and customer events.
- Build and scale the global Product Organization, including recruitment, training, and mentoring of PM and PMM talent.
- Coach a high-performing team of product managers and product marketing managers.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and collaboration across pods.
- Create structured processes for career development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Establish product governance mechanisms to track progress across pods.
- Conduct inter-pod reviews, sprint retrospectives, and roadmap alignment sessions.
- Implement and maintain best practices for delivery management, release coordination, and communication cadence.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with strong execution discipline.
- Ability to align product roadmaps with financial and business goals.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills; proven experience scaling product teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven decision maker with a customer-first mindset.
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS and product lifecycle methodologies.
- 15–20 years of experience in product management, with a track record of leading enterprise SaaS platforms.
- B.S. in Engineering or Computer Science and an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) required.
- Proven expertise in logistics, transportation, and distribution operations within supply chain technology.
- Strong technical fluency in B2B SaaS architectures, APIs, AI/ML-enabled systems, and enterprise integrations.
- Demonstrated success in defining technical vision and translating it into scalable product strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to board-level stakeholders.
- Experience in global enterprise SaaS deployments across multiple regions.
- Ability to influence senior executives and external stakeholders with credibility.
- Proven record of driving transformational change in product organizations.
- Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Collaborative, empathetic, and able to balance visionary thinking with pragmatic execution.
- Exposure to ecosystem development, or product partnerships is a plus.
