BIM Coordinator

• →Lead coordination meetings with other trades (mechanical, plumbing, telecom, structural, architectural).
• →Performs QA/QC reviews, clash detection and manages issue logs to resolution.
• →Manages internal coordination and overall system constructability per single/one-line diagrams
• →Ensure models are updated and synchronized across the project team.
• →Support project managers with constructability reviews and field coordination.
• →Collaborate with fabrication and field teams to ensure model accuracy reflects installation.
• →Act as the primary liaison between BIM team and project site leadership.

• 5–7 years’ experience in electrical BIM coordination.
• Deep knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD MEP.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
• Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.
• Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
• Travel requirements: up to 10% of time.
