• →Constructing, fabricating, installing and dismantling form work of fixtures of metal, wood, and other accessories, rod-busting and concrete finishing.
• →Ability to read and interpret instructions.
• →Document, plan, and perform work activities independently.
• →Read and interpret blueprints.
• →Perform all other job duties as assigned.

• 2 years of form setting, rod-busting and concrete finishing experience in an industrial construction setting
• Extensive knowledge of industrial construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and adherence to applicable building codes and must be proficient at reading blueprints.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

• Must be able to clearly explain steps and provide clear directions.
• Must be able to complete and complete the paperwork required for purchase orders, time sheets, etc. and answer questions about the construction processes for field staff and other subcontractors.
• Must be willing to embrace the company’s core values.
