Senior Recruiter

• →Own full cycle recruiting for a high-volume requisition load, with a strong emphasis on proactive, passive candidate sourcing.
• →Hunt, identify and engage niche talent through advanced sourcing techniques, the use of AI and sourcing strategy.
• →Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing market insights, talent strategies and hiring recommendations.
• →Manage shifting priorities with urgency and precision, re-prioritizing requisitions as business needs evolve.
• →Screen and assess candidates for technical ability, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
• →Build and maintain deep pipelines for electrical, mechanical, construction and Industrial roles.
• →Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects the company's brand and values.
• →Represent the organization externally through networking, industry events, and talent outreach initiatives.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

• 5+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment and sourcing, preferably in the Construction Services or Contracting industry.
• Proven success recruiting and sourcing for high-volume craft and technical talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.
• Technical proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
