Sr. Scheduler

• →Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6, including resource loading and tracking experience.
• →Collaborate with project managers and site personnel to gather progress data and updates.
• →Identify and mitigate scheduling risks and impacts to the critical path.
• →Provide regular status reports, updates, and forecasts to stakeholders and project team.
• →Track project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.
• →Perform time impact analysis to support change order impacts
• →Ensure compliance with project management standards and practices.
• →Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling input.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Scheduler, with hands-on experience in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling principles and practices.
• Technical skills of Primavera P6 and the functionality of the software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Skilled in written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to interact and multitask with project team members, clients, and site personnel of varying position levels.
• Willingness to work both in field and office settings and an ability to work in a high production, fast moving environment. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurability if required to drive. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.

• Electrical and data center experience is a plus.
