• Starting at $32/hour plus commission, bonuses, and spiff opportunities

As an HVAC Technician Team Lead, you'll support the daily operations of the service team while using your technical expertise to help technicians succeed. You'll be a resource for complex service calls, mentor and coach technicians, monitor team performance, and help ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

• Strong residential HVAC service experience
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching technicians
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and hold others accountable
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
