About the role

As a Senior Illustrator, you will contribute to the creative development of Lovepop card concepts by transforming ideas into innovative designs while supporting cross-functional collaboration and design excellence.

Illustrate, create, and design amazing Lovepop cards and concepts that exceed expectations every time.

Articulate ideas and create physical prototypes for design review.

Collaborate with the US Sales, B2B Product Design Management, B2B Product Development team and production team to balance importance of originality with scalability.

Planning and scoping of projects with directives from the B2B Sr. Manager and Lovepop’s US Sales team.

Communicate with B2B Sr. Manager, B2B Project Management Leader and make sure they are kept up-to-date on all ongoing projects.

Mentor junior teammates and lead projects.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Illustration, Digital Communication, Graphic Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related fields.

Strong expertise in design, concept sketching, and illustration.

Up to date with the latest design trends and able to quickly understand client requirements as well as design directions from the Design Director and the VN B2B Team Manager.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficient in Adobe design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Knowledge of 3D software is a plus (Rhino, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max).

Experience in developing projects from concept and design through prototyping to production.

Strong communication skills and effective work management.

Open to collaboration, receptive to feedback, and able to propose optimal design solutions.

Able to communicate in English and willing to work flexible hours with the US design team.

Vietnamese candidates who are willing to work onsite in Da Nang City.
