Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager within Corporate Advisory & Solutions to oversee and drive our commercial real estate projects to successful completion. This role demands a quick-thinking, multitasking professional with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can make an immediate impact, effectively manage vendors, and navigate complex project requirements with ease.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of commercial real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will leverage your strong communication skills and proven ability to get things done to foster productive relationships with stakeholders and guide the project team to success.

• →Manage new retail ground up construction projects
• →Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• →Partner with client’s internal service providers for coordination of scope items such as Procurement, IT, AV and Security
• →Oversee the execution of all project phases, ensuring adherence to established schedules and financial constraints.
• →Negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• →Ensure that all vendor deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• →Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and changes.
• →Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• →Address issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• →Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• →Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• →Ensure smooth openings, moves and relocations, offering end users a seamless transition experience to their new spaces.
• →Support the refinement of robust process, templates and playbooks.

• Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience within the commercial real estate sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail ground up construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to use tools and technology to schedule, manage and communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated capability in vendor management and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Project Mates) High level of initiative and proactive problem-solving.
• Proven ability to navigate project complexities.
• Domestic travel required up to 35%
