As an LPC Senior Property Manager, you will own property management performance for LPC's market, leading teams, managing key client relationships, and directing the financial and operational discipline behind the portfolio. You will support the Managing Director in preparing the market's administrative budget and in shaping how property management services are delivered across the region.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Meet directly with clients to review asset, fund, or company objectives; serve as a key point of contact for institutional clients.
- →Act as the point of escalation on complex tenant or client issues.
- →Review Directors' market reporting for compliance with financial policy.
- →Direct preparation of the annual operating and capital budget for the market.
- →Track CAM/OpEx reconciliations against deadlines in coordination with the accounting team.
- →Oversee lease administration activity across the portfolio.
- →Review vendor contract compliance and sourcing decisions.
- →Conduct random physical inspections as part of the market's quality control program.
- →Coach Directors on staffing, performance management, and succession planning.
- →Support the Managing Director in preparing the market's administrative budget and shaping property management service delivery across the region.
- →Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) and 10–15 years of related experience.
- Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation. RPA, CPM, or CCIM professional designation preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin preferred. AP and CMMS proficiency required.
- Direct experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties required. Expert working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, property taxes, and construction required.
- Demonstrated organizational leadership experience managing teams toward client and company objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
