Affiliate Operations Specialist for a Health and Wellness Brand

Description

This is a full-time, execution-focused role embedded directly in our client's affiliate function. You won't be setting strategy—the Affiliate Network Lead will define the priorities and campaigns. Your job is to execute against that brief with speed, precision, and zero drift. You'll work primarily within Everflow, supporting affiliate recruitment, portfolio management, and network-wide support across a multi-brand portfolio spanning US, UK, and European markets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, affiliate network support, or a closely related digital marketing operations role
• Hands-on experience with an affiliate platform — Everflow, Impact, CJ, ShareASale, or equivalent
• Proven ability to follow structured processes and execute accurately within a defined brief, without setting your own direction
• Fast, distraction-free execution — able to work through outreach and task lists efficiently and see them through to completion
• Ability to manage your own workload autonomously once briefed
• Comfortable pivoting across multiple brands and offers, with strong time management and consistent pacing across the week
• Strong written English for professional outreach and query handling
• Comfortable with lead generation, database management, and high-volume email outreach
• Detail-oriented — data entry and tracking accuracy are non-negotiable
• Open to regular feedback and KPI-based performance check-ins
• Adaptable to a role and strategy that will continue to evolve

Responsibilities

Affiliate Recruitment
Implement recruitment campaigns and weekly task schedules as defined by the Network Lead
Generate leads for assigned brands, GEOs, and channels (search, social, other approved sources)
Import and maintain leads in the recruitment database per FanFuel-defined processes
Execute email outreach using approved templates; monitor replies and manage follow-ups within agreed timelines

Affiliate Management
Manage an assigned portfolio of affiliates within agreed service standards
Maintain regular communication, relationship management, and compliance monitoring

General Network Support
Handle inbound queries via live chat and email from the FanFuel website and network inboxes
Monitor for copycat brand activity and paid-search/brand-bidding violations
Flag (not necessarily resolve) technical or system issues within Everflow
Carry out other network-wide tasks as reasonably assigned

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within an affiliate network (vs. an in-house affiliate role)
• Familiarity with SEO affiliate models and how SEO publishers are recruited and managed
• Knowledge of brand protection monitoring — paid search bidding violations and copycat activity
• Background in health, wellness, nutrition, or supplements verticals
• Everflow platform experience specifically
• Account management experience
• Personal experience as an affiliate marketer or publisher
• Cross-cultural communication skills — comfortable adapting tone across a geographically diverse affiliate base

Working conditions

• Fully remote, full-time
• UK business hours: 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm UK time, with reasonable flexibility for candidates outside the UK time zone (occasional later starts or shifted days are fine as long as the work gets done)
