Electric Powertrain In Process Quality Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) In Process Quality/Test Engineer. The E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) Process Engineer will be responsible for designing new e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) equipment, improvement for current equipment and processes at Lucid. By working very closely with Manufacturing Operation teams, Logistics, Manufacturing and Product Engineering, New Product Introduction, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) process is properly designed and implemented. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- →7+ years of E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) Process Engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- →Proven engineering experience in e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) processes and equipment.
- →Passion for results, strategy, and hands-on execution is essential. Creative, calculated risk taker with the ability to manage difficult problems.
- →Strong understanding of e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) processes and operations, with excellent knowledge.
- →e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) process controls and PFMEA in an automotive e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) manufacturing environment.
- →Proven experience in managing new product launch, including cross-functional coordination and resource management.
- →Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk mitigation and quality control.
- →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
- →Familiarity with manufacturing systems, project management tools, and financial tracking software.
- →Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- →Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- →Proficient in engineering software programs (Autocad, CatiaV5, Solidworks…etc.)
- →Fluent in English
