→Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance across the fleet, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and parts replacement
→Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical systems — both diesel and small engine
→Minimize vehicle downtime by efficiently resolving issues and keeping the fleet operating safely and reliably
→Conduct Virginia state inspections and ensure all vehicles meet local, state, and federal safety and maintenance regulations
→Accurately log all maintenance and repair activity and maintain inventory records of parts and supplies
→Oversee parts and tools inventory, monitoring levels and reordering as needed to keep operations running without interruption
→Create detailed invoices for work performed, process payments, and maintain organized transaction records
→Compile and present reports on fleet maintenance status to support planning and budgeting
