The Regulatory Change Manager within the Cash Management (Payments) Department is responsible for helping various Luminor stakeholders to understand regulatory language and translate it into business product language by breaking down regulations into actionable items. The role also contributes to proactive risk management and compliance culture in Luminor Group.
Provide payments regulatory guidance to a wide range of stakeholders
Manage and coordinate all activities required to control, track, and audit regulatory deliverables across Luminor
Oversee payments-related risks, conduct risk and control self-assessments, prepare risk reports, and perform broader risk management activities
Maintain internal documentation, terms and conditions, and risk records
Support external communications related to payment inquiries and questionnaires with regulators, customers, and the media
Prepare, deliver, and present business management reports
Represent Luminor in engagements with regulators and auditors, as well as coordinate processes with both internal and external audit stakeholders
Higher education degree (preferably in law)
Good awareness of Baltic and European regulatory requirements related to payment services, especially PSD2 and the upcoming Payments Service Regulation
3+ years’ experience in Banking, Legal, Compliance, or Payments areas is strongly preferred
Fluent English and the local language are required in spoken and written communication
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication as well as strong problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload
Highly motivated with strong networking and relationship-building skills
High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
