The SNAP® Case Manager is responsible for the day-to-day case management and system navigation of SNAP®.

Dually served Case Manager will be working directly with youth ages 12-17 who are dually involved or at risk of being dually involved in the DCF and DJJ Systems. The Case Manager will run groups for youth ages 12-17. Youth Justice Case Manager works with youth already involved with DJJ.
