Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.

• →Handling customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via online chat.
• →Handling administrative tasks.
• →Handling customer complaints.
• →Analyzing customer’s needs and giving product recommendations.
• →Monitoring sales flow, stock, and shipment.
• →Assisting customers in make-up suggestions and selection, making sure to deliver the best shopping experience to customers.

• Minimum 3 years experience as Customer Service/Representative with highly skilled in administrative operations
• Organized and detail-oriented, analytical thinking.
• Experienced handling marketplace.
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of the team and also independently.
• Strong problem solving skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Comfortable using and learning software: MS Office (Excel), Chat BOT system, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success.
• Willing to work in shifts and/or weekends and public holidays.
