Project Managers oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. OSHA-30 is required for all Project Managers.

Responsibilities

→Safety: Coordinate with Superintendents to implement a safety plan
→Quality & Conformance: Work with the design office to produce project delivery tools, including budgets, schedules, and scope summaries.
→Quality & Conformance: Work to ensure a collaborative approach is taken with all members of the project team.
→Quality & Conformance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
→Schedule & Deadlines: Oversee and manage project schedule and update project team and clients as necessary. This includes all staffing, meetings, material procurement, etc.
→Cost & Budgets: Manage the overall project budget, including initial generation, budget updates/COs, invoicing direction and review, and direction of sub bill and material purchase payments.
→Client Satisfaction & Professionalism: Ensure project delivery and client satisfaction is executed to the highest level.
