• Demonstrated experience in siding.
• Established installation crew with capable lead and crew members.
• General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance.
• Reliable work vehicle and transportation for crew members, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Own standard hand tools and trade-specific equipment.
• Ability to safely work at heights and on ladders, lifts, and steep roof surfaces.
• OSHA 10 certification and fall protection training preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Ability to meet project schedules and deadlines.
• LLC or established business entity preferred.
