- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD
- Comfortable using job boards like dice/monster/CB/etc.
- Strong experience working on Social networking using LinkedIn
- Knowledge in W2 & C2C
- Screening the candidates as per the required skill-set
- Good rate negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Scheduling interviews and serving as the first point of contact for all the candidates at all levels.
- Build a resume database for future prospects
