This role exists because the brand's influencer strategy depends on finding creators who are a genuine aesthetic, audience, and values match — not just accounts with large followings. As the brand grows its presence on TikTok and Instagram, they need a dedicated specialist to consistently surface, vet, and track high-quality creator leads so the internal team can move quickly and confidently into outreach and partnerships.
