Responsibilities:
- Designing and managing full-cycle recruitment processes for tech, digital marketing, and gray/complex niche roles.
- Developing and implementing advanced search strategies across multiple channels.
- Creating and maintaining scorecards for competency-based candidate assessment.
- Conducting high-volume candidate sourcing and selection (80% of time per month).
- Leading market salary analysis and other analytics to ensure competitive remuneration packages and data-driven recruitment decisions.
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously (5+ per month) with autonomy and ownership.
- Partnering with managers to define role requirements, set recruitment priorities, and evaluate team needs.
- Evaluating candidates’ competencies and potential using structured assessments and scorecards.
- Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques including X-Ray search, Google search, LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, and other platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Recruiter in the fields of digital marketing or gray/complex niches.
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously with measurable results.
- Strong experience with competency-based assessments and candidate evaluation.
- Experience in analytics, market research, and data-driven recruitment decisions.
- Advanced sourcing skills across multiple channels and platforms.
- Strategic thinking, proactivity, and ability to work independently.
