Machinist - 2nd Shift

• →Set up and operate Swiss CNC lathes and vertical mills to produce high-precision components
• →Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments to maintain efficient production
• →Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to manufacture parts accurately
• →Inspect finished components using precision measurement equipment to verify conformance to requirements
• →Identify and address quality issues while maintaining high production standards
• →Complete production records and documentation accurately
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• →Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and fellow machinists to support manufacturing goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and setting up Swiss CNC lathes
• Able to work 3:00pm to 12:00am
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Proficiency with precision measurement instruments and inspection techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
