We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Downtown Boston, MA. This is a full-time opportunity at a newly constructed property with 126 units of affordable family housing. You will report to other nearby sites in Boston as needed. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• →Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• →Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• →Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• →Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
• →Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the team about the status of ongoing projects. 

The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
