Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in the Fenway area of Boston, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• →Completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping.
• →Weekly trash removal duties.
• →Custodial duties for common areas and groundskeeping.
• →Providing access to contractors and supervising their work. 
• →Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.

The work hours for this position are 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday with on-call availability required.
