The Multi-Site Facilities Manager will be responsible for supervision of the maintenance programs and staff for multiple residential apartment properties located throughout the Greater Boston Area and Rhode Island. This Manager will oversee building and maintenance systems, preventative maintenance programs, scheduling of onsite capital improvement projects, inventory management, working with contractors and vendors, writing specifications, reading and comparing proposals, writing progress reports for owners, and making presentations.
