Responsibilities
~1 min readWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Manager. You will join a team responsible for a community of mixed-income family housing in Boston’s historic Charlestown neighborhood. The work hours are 8:00-4:00 or 9:00-5:00, Monday-Friday. Under the direction of the Multi-Site Property Manager and Portfolio Property Director, you will be responsible for overall day-to-day operations including:
- →Qualifying applicants for new occupancy.
- →Leasing and recertifications.
- →Completing AMR/MOR audits.
- →Financial reporting
- →Waitlist management.
- →Rent collections.
- →Legal management.
- →Unit and common area inspections.
- →Vendor management.
- →Collaborating with the maintenance team to complete apartment turnovers and work orders.
- →Managing resident relations.
- →Office management and supervision of staff.
