With 205 guest rooms and a unique place in Omaha’s hospitality scene, The Cottonwood requires a leader who can balance the details of daily operations with the bigger picture. We’re looking for someone who understands that a great guest experience starts with a great team, strong operational standards, and consistency in the details that matter. Someone who can develop leaders, drive results, and create an environment where both our team members and guests feel taken care of.
